For years I have wished we could bring this to Deerfield and now with the help and initiative of Jan Johnson, our new VIP Coordinator, it will become a reality in the fall. We all know about the AYSO philosophy of "Everyone Plays". Unfortunately though, some kids have not participated for various reasons. The VIP Program will now make it possible for almost every kid with "special needs" who wants to play soccer, play soccer!

In an effort to stem poor side line behavior and enact proactive steps to ensure a positive experience for all players, coaches, referees, parents and spectators, AYSO has developed the Kids Zone Program. By providing parents with a pledge of good behavior and backing it up with visual reminders, we hope to assure only good at our games.
