Inter-Regional Play (See Inter-Regional Spring 2008 Handbook for complete rules.)

bulletFree substitution is done only at U19. At U14, subbing is done according to AYSO National Rules--midway through each half, at half-time, for injury. No other method of substitution should even be discussed.
bulletJewelry of any kind is not permitted. This also includes yarn, string, or an kind of friendship bracelets or necklaces. For the safety of all players, all jewelry must be removed.
bulletU14 games are 70 minutes, U19 games are 80 minutes. If a game starts late, it will be shortened by an appropriate amount.
bulletIf a team is short-handed, then the number of players that the larger team is permitted to play is governed by the following chart:
